Key Works & Architectural Solutions
Our engineering and build teams executed a mansard loft conversion featuring dormer windows and custom skylights, creating a spacious master suite with an integrated marble en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor, load-bearing rear masonry walls were safely removed using heavy-duty structural steel beam assemblies, making way for an expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area fitted with slimline aluminium bi-fold doors and solar-control glass roof panels.
