UCG delivered a turnkey solution including sound-insulated double-glazed glass partitions for executive conference rooms, bespoke acoustic ceiling baffles, custom walnut reception desk, and energy-efficient LED ambient lighting arrays. Mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems were completely upgraded to support climate control and high-speed network routing throughout.
