Craftsmanship & Interior Details
The scope involved replacing all subflooring to accommodate wet underfloor heating, restoring original plaster mouldings, installing bespoke oak joinery throughout the library and dressing rooms, and creating five luxury bath suites with Italian book-matched marble tiling.
Structural Engineering
Internal load-bearing walls were re-engineered with concealed steel frames to create fluid transitions between living rooms, while external sash windows were upgraded to double-glazed vacuum acoustic timber units.
